I had a blast last night at the “Cyber Security Champions of Tomorrow” event organised by Gabriela Guiu-Sorsa<\/a> at TAFE Queensland<\/a>. I was one of five panellists (Rebecca Wilson<\/a> – Clyde & Co<\/a>, Gary McHugh<\/a> – CyberCX<\/a>, Bradley Watson<\/a> – Akela Digital<\/a>, Lynore Close<\/a> – Baidam Solutions Pty Ltd<\/a> and myself Craig Ford<\/a>) all sharing our journeys, insights into this amazing industry of ours with students from the Southbank TAFE campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s not always easy to find the time to give back to the next generation, to help share some of our knowledge but from the many conversations, I had with students following the event it was clear that it was worth every minute of our time. I hope everyone who attended had a great time and really got something, even just one nugget of gold from each of us panellists to help guide you along your own paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
